Battlefield 6 In-Game Recruiting Document

 INTRODUCTION:

When recruiting you want to highlight how an organized team can outperform the opponent. Utilize callouts, ping enemies, discuss tactics and work as a team. This alone will impress players and typically initiate a conversation about gaming clans and/or organizations. But even if the other players do not initiate a dialogue, during in-game play and towards the end of the match is the time you highlight how playing with teammates consistently and working together has not only improved your performance but also your enjoyment of the game (after all winning always increases the joy of the game).  While playing a match, verbally described what Tactical Gaming is about in your own words within a natural conversation (attempt to include the website address Tacticalgaming.com and/or TGHQ.ORG). Give it your best sales pitch!

Suggestions as to how to commence the conversation can be as easily as asking, "How often do you play Battlefield 6?".  If the player(s) does not have a response comparable to, "Not often.  Whenever I have an opportunity because my schedule is hectic", then continue on the path of discussing TG membership.  You might continue the conversation to include the days and times of practice sessions, and the benefits of consistent teammates. The goal is to utilize friendly conversation regarding TG, along with a strategy of how to find possible members and recruit these players into our fantastic organization.

SOLO QUEUEING:

Spoiler

To recruit for Battlefield 6 as a solo player, and effective procedure is to utilize the official Battlefield Discord Server:

Join the Official Battlefield 6 Discordhttps://discord.gg/battlefield

1) Locate a Discord Channel with 2-3 players and join.

2) First verify the players have microphones. If not, try a different Discord Channel because there is no reason to waste time.

3) While playing a match initiate the coordination of the squad. Show the other players that teamwork and communication is essential for organized play. Utilize callouts and take advantage of pinging the enemy.

4) If the players are loan wolves and do not fit the TG criteria thank the players for the game and try a different Discord Channel.

5) However, if you have determined the players are keen on working as group and respect working as a team, begin the recruiting process.

6) Send the players a friend request on Discord.

RECRUITING AS A GROUP:

Spoiler

Join the Official Battlefield 6 Discordhttps://discord.gg/battlefield

1) As a two-member team locate an empty Discord Channel, the channel should fill naturally.

2) As players join, verify they have a microphone. If the player does not, then move on to the next player.

3) While playing a match initiate the coordination of the squad. Show the other players that teamwork and communication is essential for organized play. Utilize callouts and take advantage of pinging the enemy. Because you have a TG teammate showing the other players teamwork will be easier to display.

4) If the players are loan wolves and do not fit the TG criteria thank the players for the game and try a different Discord Channel.

5) However, if you have determined the players are keen on working as group and respect working as a team, begin the recruiting process.

6) Send the players a friend request on Discord.

SOLO QUEUEING OR ADDING RANDOMS TO YOUR SQUAD DURING MATCHES:

Spoiler

If you are alone or with a squad and wish to recruit, try playing in public matches.  As a solo player, join any match with a working mic and make certain you have in-game communications functioning so you can speak with and even possibly direct your random squamates to an organized victory. During, or after the match, send you squamates a friend request as well as a "Quick Message" with a composed message similar to that shown below (see quotes below).

If you are recruiting as a group trying to find randoms to join Tactical Gaming while in-game, make sure to leave at least one (but better to have multiple) vacant spot(s) open within your squad and have settings set to "fill".

QUICKLY ADD POTENTIAL MEMBERS TO YOUR FRIENDS LIST:

Spoiler

1). To add a player to your friends list after the match go to the "Social" section in the top right of the screen on PC or console.

3). Locate the players name you wish to add to your friends list and send a request by selecting "Add Friend":

4). There is also an option to send a "Quick Message" to the player:

*** PLEASE NOTE: That when sending a message via "Quick Message" web links and ".com, .org and etc...", will not reveal themselves accurately. Therefore, creative messaging needs to be executed. Example: rather than typing TGHQ.ORG, a (space) will need to be included (TGHQ . ORG). Or another option is to spell out "dot" (TGHQ "dot" ORG).

But once the goal is achieved, to become friends with the player, then the communication about TG and information regarding the application process can be described in detail.  Once you start a dialogue within the game communication system, asking if they use DISCORD (and sending them a DM) might assist with the following messaging process.

BRINGING UP TG MEMBERSHIP:

Spoiler

Remember to bring up TG membership during and after game play and naturally discuss the benefits of playing with a consistent and friendly group, as well as the process of how to join. This can be achieved by joining TG at Tacticalgaming.com and/or TGHQ.ORG. This information is described in detail above under "INTRODUCTION" (as described above).
