An open letter to the Tactical Gaming community,

 

We hope this message finds you well. We wanted to take a moment to address an important topic that we believe requires your valuable input. Lately, we have noticed a potential breakdown in communication between our various Support Team Services and the wider community. We understand that there may be instances where you are unaware of the existence of these services or find the process too complicated. We believe that improving our operations and changing how people perceive us go hand in hand.

 

With that in mind, we would like to invite you to participate in a community-wide feedback initiative. We want to hear directly from you about your experiences, thoughts, and suggestions regarding our support team services. Your feedback will help us better understand your needs and expectations, enabling us to make meaningful improvements.

 

To make it convenient for everyone, we encourage all members to submit their feedback and engage in the discussion by posting in the comments section below. We encourage you to share your thoughts, both positive and negative, about our services. Let us know what you like, what you dislike, and any changes you would like to see implemented. Engage in discussions with fellow community members, exchange ideas, and help us shape the future of our support team services.

 

We understand that not everyone may feel comfortable sharing feedback in a public forum. If you prefer, you may submit your comments to your direct CoC who will be able to forward them along without disclosing your identity. We assure you that all feedback will be treated with utmost respect and confidentiality.

 

Additionally, if you have any feedback related to the Code of Conduct or any other community matters, please don't hesitate to pass them along as well. We value your input and believe that your perspective is crucial in creating an inclusive and supportive community.
