As TG is made of members from across the world, we can not keep track of all the various holidays affected by our members. Which is why we will never cancel any practices. As always, when you can't attend due to real life commitments, you simply need to @mention your SL and SA in your Squad's Discord post stating you can't attend. It's important to note that you're not required to give justification that contains information you feel is of personal nature.

If Squad Staff (SS) canot attend, they are to:
1. Find a volunteer from their squad to lead and then report in their Squads Discord Channel who attended, to include a description of how the practice went so SS can report the practice and Post Practice Report.
2. If a suitable volunteer is not available from the squad, SS should contact their direct CoC to lead their practice.

MANDATORY PRACTICES

Squad Members simply need to @mention their Squad Leader AND Squad Assistant in a post in your Squad Discussion topic on the TG site OR their squad channel on the TG Discord if they can't attend practice.

1st Battalion EST Time Zone
- Wednesdays 8:00PM EST (1:00AM GMT - 9:00AM GMT+8)
- Sundays 8:00PM EST (1:00AM GMT - 9:00AM GMT+8)

2nd Battalion GMT time zone
- Wednesdays 8:00PM GMT (3:00PM EST - 4:00AM GMT+8)
- Sundays 8:00PM GMT (3:00PM EST - 4:00AM GMT+8)

No need to contact the Squad Staff.

Midway Thursdays 8 pm - 10 pm GMT
Thermopylae Fridays 8 pm - 10 pm GMT
Saigon Tuesday 8 pm - 10 pm GMT
Sabre Tuesday 8 pm - 10 pm GMT
Storm Troopers Friday 8 pm - 10 pm GMT
Sharpe Edge Tuesday & Friday 8 pm -10 pm EST
