Hello TG and welcome to the third episode of a this series. In this series, titled 'What It's Like To Be..", I will be interviewing members of TG throughout the ranks, ranging from squad member right up to the CoC. As well as interviewing CoC members, i will also be taking the chance to interview certain members in support positions. This series will be published on a monthly basis. 

Today i had to pleasure of interviewing TG KrizZz, Vice President of Tactical Gaming. What a honor this is.

TG SmokeyB: What attracted you to this position?

TG KrizZz: Nothing at all mate. I was not attracted to any thing high up originally. The best times was when i was a squad leader in Avalanche Squad, Halo Division, Now of course as i moved up i still had lots of great times but in every position i have had has always been because i feel i can help make TG better for everyone. I would like to say i have had lots of help from lots of people over years which has and still is a big help for me.

TG SmokeyB: What is the main reason for serving in the position for so long?

TG KrizZz:I have never stepped away from a position i have had ever in TW and then TG and i do not plan on starting now unless of course i know i can not do my job and it would be better for everyone in TG. There is also no where for me to go up wards (Unless the big guy retires at some point of course ). Also i can see all the little things going on everywhere and try to help everywhere now. As i am in the end responsible for everyone in TG now. So my job here overall is great and i still love it as much now as i have ever done.

TG SmokeyB: Can you tell us the best highlight while serving as VP?

TG KrizZz: There is a fair few here, Just seeing how we always move forward to try and make this community better like we always try to do. The move to the new site has to be one of the most important and although i did not do alot with the move as the Web Team handled pretty much all of that like normal it was another big move to only help make TG better. Just seeing all my staff grow over time like Hobo, Epsi, Fate and lots more who are now high up plus others that are not high up in TG are still here with me as well which i also love to see people in the trenches.

TG SmokeyB: What attracted you to TG when you first joined?

TG KrizZz: Well i had never heard of then TW at all and i was playing Halo 3 on my own when some random player sent me a message saying " Hi would you like to join our gaming community bla bla bla" so i checked out TW and thought why not. Then i had to do my Boot Camp and even that was a bit nerve racking back then as we done our Boot Camp with a (DI) Drill Instructor over TS3 or XBL etc. I did think i was head hunted by TW then so i felt really special hahahahahaha.

TG SmokeyB: I imagine you are busy with so many TGEC issues and paperwork. Can you describe a day in a life of the TG VP?

TG KrizZz: Not that exciting to be honest with ya, I will do all the normal stuff like, Check the site for stuff, Check the ATS to be sure things are done when they should and just general stuff. I do not have to check lots of stuff as i have staff around me that i trust and know that they do there job as well. 

I would make sure the Web Team are ok and find out if i can do anything apart from breaking the site for them, Also would be checking on the Comp Team to see how we are doing with them as they are still a new ish thing and something that is growing for sure and will only make TG a better place to be.

TG SmokeyB: Can you tell me a little more about your TG history?

TG KrizZz: My TW then TG history is probably the most simple one you have ever seen. As said i joined Halo 12 years ago as a member in Avalanche Squad then a little bit after that i took SL of Avalanche, Then  moved to XO of Halo 2nd Batt, Then the CO swapped positions with me so i took CO. A fair bit after the i got BGC of Halo and then DO as well. After a very long time i got Corps Commander of the new 3rd Corps, Then i got CoS and again after a while i got promoted to VP of TG.

TG SmokeyB: If you could change one thing in TG, what would it be?

TG KrizZz: Well there is not alot i would change around here as you all know what that saying is, " If it is not broke then no need to fix it ". Maybe the only thing i would like to change is the ammount of Competition we do around now, I do not want to sound old but in the old days every division was almost competiting and also doing well. Now i do not see as much competition going on now BUT i do also see some here and there and they are rocking it. I know Overwatch has done alot of comps etc for a while among others.

TG SmokeyB: Just for fun. If you had only 1 meal left to eat in life, what would it be?

TG KrizZz:

1 Large Donor Kebab, All salad and mayonnaise on it.

1 Large Chips

1 Pot of Chilli Sauce
