How sweet is our new Headquarters!!?? 
I wanted to take a moment to give thanks. It’s important to recognizes people who have consistently and continuously displayed all of TG’s values and mission in all aspects of the community ever since they join TG. These people have been here for all the highs and lows. And during all these years, they have dealt with the biggest challenge of them all… Dealing with me… And they’re still here?? They must really like the coffee… 
Since 2004, I’ve rarely presented the following award. Why? Well… I don't impress easily… Well let me tell you, I'm impressed… So here we go.

The following person has been PIVOTAL in taking TG to the next level. We have been extremely lucky to have crossed path. How? Well I was searching for a possible solution to better integrate Discord with our site and I thought I had found something. After posting questions to the developer of the solution, out of nowhere this guy comes out and start offering advice and possible solutions! At first, I was a bit wary 
but as TGEC members and I got to know him, it was obvious that we had found the person who was going to help us raise our phoenix from the hashes 🔥🐓 😂.
After some extreme negotiations 
, we where able to create a partnership to finally integrate our Administrative Tracking System (ATS) with the latest and greatest IT. Well, since the work has started, our expectations were completely blown out of the sky. 
Not only as he integrated the ATS, he has improve ALL aspects of TG’s Headquarters.
So there was no way we were going to let this guy go. So after more extreme negotiations 
, we now have a new in house Web Team Coding Team Leader.
